The Honor the Game Lax Tournament is a boys, limited entry tournament held in one day.
8U will be 4 vs 4 (no goalie), 10U will be 7 vs 7, and both 8U and 10U will play on a small field.
The tournament will be held on the campus of Northwood University in Midland, MI. The games will be played on the stadium turf and on grass practice fields. The stadium concessions will be open to sell food and drink.

No central horn. Time is kept on each field either by the refs (if they prefer) or by the scorer’s table.
All penalties are full-time served (non-releasable).
Penalty times will be 1.5X because of running clock.
No overtime except in bracket play in which case the tie is broken by braveheart.
Bracket seeding
by order of accumulated points...2 points for a win, 1 point for a tie
for seeds that don’t affect championship (seeds 5-8 in 14U and 12U, seeds 3-6 in 10U), manual adjustment may be made to avoid rematches between teams that have already played
bracket seeds and schedules will be posted on poster boards attached to the fence near field 1 (14U or 12U) or near field 7 (10U)
Tiebreakers for seeding for bracket play

Dogs are allowed and must be on leash.
Northwood will be charging $5 for an all-day parking pass. Cash and credit cards will be accepted for payment.
There will be an athletic trainer from Northwood on site
