The Varsity girls lacrosse team beat East Lansing 13-11 on Saturday April 20th at the Midland Community Stadium to improve their record to 7-1 this season.  This was the first meeting of the two teams.  Gabrielle Wilson led the team with 5 goals, 1 assist and 4 caused turnovers.  Jordan Malace, Emma Rekeweg, Margaret Gandy each added 2 goals, while Grace Wilson added a goal and two assists and Erica Grenesko added 1 goal.  The girls have a busy week with a home game for both JV and Varsity on Tuesday against SVL opponent Grand Blanc, another SVL game at Flint Powers on Thursday and a trip to Salem for games on Saturday.
