The Midland-Dow Co-Op Girls Lacrosse teams both beat Flint Powers at Atwood Stadium Thursday night with JV winning 12-5 and Varsity 17-8.

Ella Lane was in goal for the varsity and had 11 saves.  Midland-Dow made 17 of their 25 shots for the night.  Jordan Malace led the team in goals with 6, followed by Emma Murphy with 4 and Gabrielle Wilson with 3.  Others scoring for the Cavaliers included Delaney Abbott with 2, Morgan Goudie and Renee Mulvaney each with one goal.  Showing lots of teamwork, the girls had assists on 7 of their 17 goals.  The Varsity team will travel to Salem for a game on Saturday the 27th and both JV and Varsity will match up with Heritage at the Midland Community Stadium on April 30th beginning at 5:30.
