The Midland-Dow girls lacrosse team lost their playoff game last night vs. Walled Lake United 13-11.  Though Midland won the majority of the Draw Controls, 64%, they were unable to hold off the opponents.  This ended a great season for the girls who went 18-2 overall.  Scoring in this game came from Emma Murphy with 5 goals & 1 assist, Gabrielle Wilson with 3 goals & 1 assist, Jordan Malace with 3 goals, plus Delaney Abbott and Sofia Maher each with an assist.  Ella Lane was in goal with 7 saves on the night.  The girls will be returning 11 of this year's 16 varsity players and are expecting great things from those returning from this young team of 3 Freshmen, 3 Sophomores and 5 Juniors.
