Boys HS Off-Season Workouts

Lacrosse players and families,

As we continue to deal with COVID-19, I wanted to remind the boys that they should be doing a DAILY routine to improve lacrosse skills.

 

1. Make your baed and clean up your room

2. WALL BALL 20  minutes a day,  EVERY DAY, Both hands.

3. Sprinting/running 15 minutes a day.

4. Schoolwork 2 hours a day

You can change the order of 2-4, Just do it.
