Midland head coach Kurt Brillhart commented: "I thought Western came out and played a really solid three quarters of lacrosse before running out of gas a little bit at the end. They certainly came after it, They're a good looking squad. I thought our boys came out and attacked the net right away and got up on them quick. This was a nice bounce-back win after a disappointing opening game last Saturday."

The game can be viewed on MCTV at dates and times to be announced in upcoming days.

Midland's next game is April 10 when they travel to Saginaw Heritage.
